Course aims & objectives
The role of the supervisor is becoming more demanding within the business environment. Being able to adjust to the additional demands is not always easy and often requires an individual to develop certain attributes. This course has been designed to aid in the development of those selected for a supervisory role.
Within this course, the candidate will gain leadership qualities, learn about the different types of leadership and acquire an understanding of development and performance.
